Cancelling a project
Runs stop immediately and the project slot becomes available. You choose either permanent operational-data deletion now or free read-only retention for 60 days. During retention, results remain viewable and exportable but the project cannot be edited or run. Restoration requires a compatible available slot or a new entitlement.
Cancelling an account package
Base-package cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Processing then stops. Results and exports remain read-only for 90 days before operational project data is deleted.
Failed payment
A failed renewal stops manual and automatic processing immediately while historical results remain readable. Processing resumes only after a verified paid-invoice event.
Billing and legally required records
Deleting operational project data does not delete records that VHUG Technologies OÜ must preserve for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute, or audit purposes. Estonian accounting and tax transaction records are generally preserved for at least seven years under the applicable statutory rules.
Other operational records
Login, security, and operational audit logs are retained for 90 days. Support cases remain while the customer is active and for 90 days after cancellation. Hosting uses a rolling 30-day backup; deleted operational data can therefore remain in protected backups until that cycle expires.
