Essential storage
Session, authentication, security, language, and checkout state are used only where needed to sign users in, protect requests, remember language, and complete Stripe checkout. Disabling essential storage can prevent the service from working.
Matomo analytics
VHUG Technologies operates Matomo in a privacy-focused, cookieless configuration. It is used to understand aggregate service use and reliability, not to build advertising profiles or follow visitors across websites. The launch configuration must keep cookies, user IDs, fingerprinting, and cross-domain tracking disabled and shorten or anonymize network identifiers.
Consent
Under the documented launch configuration, no non-essential cookies are set and no consent banner is shown. If advertising, embedded third-party media, heatmaps, chat tracking, or a cookie-based analytics configuration is introduced, this notice and the consent mechanism must be updated before activation.
