Questions about measurement, packages, agency use, billing, privacy, or an existing workspace go directly to the VHUG Technologies team.
Existing-account support
Include the workspace name, affected project, approximate time, and what you expected. Do not send passwords, API keys, recovery codes, payment-card details, or other secrets.
Billing and VAT
For an existing account, use the billing email or workspace name so the team can find the correct payer record. Official invoices and payment methods remain in Stripe.
Privacy and legal requests
Use a clear subject such as “privacy request” or “DPA question.” Provider identity and legal notices are available from the links below.
