What does AskAgain actually measure?
It records how selected AI platforms answer a fixed set of market questions, across configured repetitions. Reports connect mentions, position, competitors, and findings to the stored underlying answers.
Does one run prove a trend?
No. A run is one controlled observation. Paid cadences repeat the same question-set version so changes can be compared without treating a single answer as a trend.
What is the difference between brand and solution projects?
A brand project uses eight fixed roles covering discovery, understanding, validation, and decision contexts. A solution project uses five roles focused on problem discovery, category discovery, accurate understanding, consideration fit, and access or purchase path.
Can I edit the generated questions?
Yes, within the fixed instrument structure. Publishing an edit creates a new immutable question-set version; earlier runs remain attached to the exact questions they used.
Which AI platforms are included?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity are selected by default. DeepSeek is available but not selected by default. Platform selection does not change v1 pricing.
What does the Free account include?
One brand or solution project, with one manual run every 28 days. Its identity and monitored subject cannot be repeatedly replaced during the initial 28-day protection period.
How does paid access activate?
A return from Stripe never activates access by itself. AskAgain waits for a verified payment event, processes it idempotently, and then activates the exact package or project entitlement.
What happens if payment fails?
Paid processing stops while payment remains unresolved. Existing data stays available according to the account and project lifecycle rules; a forged or refreshed checkout return cannot restore access.
What happens when I cancel a project?
Its slot opens immediately. You can delete project data now or retain it read-only for 60 days. A separately billed add-on is scheduled to end at renewal and can be restored if its freed slot is reused before then.
What happens when I cancel the account subscription?
Processing continues through the paid period and then stops. Results and exports remain read-only for 90 days before operational project data is deleted.
Can an agency keep clients separate?
Yes. Managed clients use separate workspaces. Agency owners approve billable changes; members can operate existing client work without seeing or changing the agency payment details.
Is the sample report a real customer case?
No. Falkenwerk Process Cooling is an explicitly fictional composite with internally consistent demonstration data.
